Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Hollifield is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MOTO Group, an industry-leading manufacturer specializing precision components, custom metal fabrication, world-class innovation and high capacity production. With over two decades of hands-on experience in manufacturing, engineering, and business development, Mr. Hollifield has built a company with a reputation for innovation, integrity, and operational excellence. Driven by a passion for craftsmanship and problem-solving, Mr. Hollifield started MOTO Group with a clear mission: to deliver high-quality, dependable solutions that exceed customer expectations for the global brand, Rinehart Racing, the country’s premier provider for performance aftermarket exhaust products. Under his leadership, the company has grown from a small operation to a trusted partner for clients across automotive, aerospace, physical security, both domestically and abroad. Mr. Hollifield is a licensed attorney and holds both his B.A. and Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. His expertise in problem solving and innovation was the foundation to his relationships across premier federal law enforcement agencies and other organizations, which led to the birth of The Dominion Group. Throughout his career, Mr. Hollifield has remained deeply involved in every aspect of the business—from product design and production to strategic planning and customer relationships. Hollifield is known for a hands-on approach, an unwavering commitment to quality, and a relentless focus on continuous improvement.

With over 20 years of experience in business optimization, process performance, and operational leadership, Mr. Taylor serves as Director of Operations for MOTO Group. He plays a vital role in driving the company’s success through his expertise in supply chain management, logistics, and continuous process improvement. At MOTO Group, Mr. Taylor oversees all systems and operations, ensuring seamless coordination between production, logistics, and customer service. His leadership has been instrumental in streamlining processes, improving operational efficiency, and delivering consistent, high-quality results for clients. Mr. Taylor earned his B.A. from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and began his career in the banking industry before transitioning into industrial manufacturing. Since then, he has been a driving force behind the growth and success of multiple brands, consistently delivering premium-quality products that set the standard in the industry. Known for his unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, Mr. Taylor is driven by a relentless pursuit of performance excellence and premium product quality. Andrew Alderfer is the Lead Project Engineer at MOTO Group, an AS9100-certified job shop specializing in precision machining, complex welded assemblies, and custom systems for industries ranging from motorsports to national security. Since joining MOTO, Andrew has led all aspects of engineering—from quoting and design to tooling, process planning, and implementation. His work spans CNC machining, fiber laser systems, welded structures, 3D modeling, and product development. He’s played a key role in streamlining operations, eliminating bottlenecks, and accelerating production without compromising quality. Notable projects include overhauling Rinehart Racing’s exhaust manufacturing and supporting U.S. government and private sector barrier systems. As MOTO has grown, Andrew has led engineering efforts while working closely with the CEO to scale the company into a trusted partner in the automotive, aerospace, and physical security sectors—both domestically and abroad. Andrew holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UNC Charlotte, with a math minor and an energy concentration. He thrives on problem-solving and navigating the fast-paced, real-world challenges of modern manufacturing—always focused on staying ahead and putting the customer first.
With over two decades of senior financial leadership experience, Chris Grissom brings deep expertise in strategic planning, operational improvement, and financial stewardship to his role as Chief Financial Officer at Moto Group. His career spans multiple industries and includes a strong track record of driving performance and creating value for multi-generational businesses.
Prior to joining Moto Group, Chris held key financial leadership positions at organizations including Hunter Corporation, McGee Brothers Company, Wells Fargo, and Highland Hospital. His work has consistently focused on enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining financial systems, and implementing strategic initiatives that support long-term growth. He has successfully led financial restructuring efforts, automated core financial processes, and introduced real-time management systems to improve visibility and control.
Chris is also recognized for his work in corporate governance and risk management, where he has strengthened internal controls and reinforced compliance frameworks. In advisory roles, he has supported business owners with wealth management strategies, estate planning, and succession planning—bringing both strategic insight and practical solutions to complex financial challenges.

With nearly three decades of experience in mechanical engineering and defense contracting, Jeff Victor brings deep technical expertise and operational insight to his role. Since beginning his career in 1995 as a Department of Defense (DoD) contractor, Jeff has built a distinguished track record working primarily with aircraft systems and ground support equipment. His experience includes a five-year period in commercial manufacturing, broadening his perspective and reinforcing his commitment to engineering excellence.
Jeff has played a critical role in supporting complex aerospace and defense programs, where precision, compliance, and reliability are paramount. His hands-on experience spans design, systems integration, and ground support development, with a sharp focus on quality and continuous improvement. He is currently certified as an AS9100 Internal Auditor and has contributed to process development and compliance initiatives under CMMI standards—especially within the scope of DoD contracts.
A respected leader in both technical and quality disciplines, Jeff is known for his meticulous approach, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to process integrity.
